Oracle EBS Technical Lead
Qualified B.E/ MCA with excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, ready to travel / relocate & available at short notice with total Oracle ERP experience of 10+ yrs.
Oracle EBS 11i /R12 Technical Consultant who is technically proficient in RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
Should have managed a of Technical Team of 10-15 members across multiple projects
Should have extensively worked on Oracle EBS Implementation/Upgrade and Support Projects and have a good understanding of the functional processes within Oracle EBS
Should have handled complex upgrade projects with heavily customized and integrated environments and instances
Should be aware of solution design, documentations and AIM/OUM methodology.
Expertise in Tools- SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, WorkFlow Builder, XML Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, AME, ODI, OBIA, OBIEE, weblogic & personalization’s
Experience in webservices/API (SOAP/REST ) design and implementation is an added advantage
Should be aware of the latest integration and upgrade technologies to recommend ways of reducing development times
Ready to work in Shifts by rotation
Responsibilities:
Leading a projects technical track and delivering On-Prem solution to the customer
Manage the development activities for CEMLIs, reporting and Data migrations
Delivers architecture design, coding, development, and production support of Oracle EBS applications and databases
Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to the project manager for all technical related activities and ensure the development team deliver to project plans.
Actively participate in risk management and change management on projects.
Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore developers ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed, and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality.
Also, role up the sleeve and finish team tasks to ensure timely delivery
Work with functional leads to ensure the technical solution are fit for purpose.
Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building
