Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end process of product sample ordering and distribution. This role involves managing the coordination, procurement, shipping, and tracking of product samples to various stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Ordering and Procurement:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand sample requirements for different campaigns, events, and business initiatives.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and availability of sample products.
  • Review sample inventory levels and update relevant teams on stock availability.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the sample ordering and logistics process to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Identify bottlenecks, potential risks, and areas for improvement, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on sample distribution strategies and timelines.
  • Maintain open communication channels with external partners and carriers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related Field preferred
  • Two or more years of Experiential Marketing or Finance experience.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Solid understanding of financials and cost management
  • Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Eagerness to develop/improve new tools and processes to increase the internal efficiency of the organization
  • Must be available to work flexible work hours which will include evenings and/or weekends.
