The Content Platform Product Team at TikTok focuses on building a global copyright content management platform that protects original copyright content. We are looking for experienced product managers who can solve complex problems across time zones, and have the spirit of exploration to actively discover the needs and problems of our users. We expect you to find solutions and create opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for high quality entertainment content growth, creators' and agencies' growth, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok.

2. Design and execute scalable growth strategies, on the basis of deeply understanding entertainment content ecosystem, creator and agencies' needs.

3. Conduct research on content products and entertainment industries worldwide, to discover new opportunities.

4. Collaborate closely with Product and Global Operation teams to drive our success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor and above, use English as a working language;

2. 3 years + working experience in internet content platform companies, being insightful in content products worldwide;

3. Good at thinking logically, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals;

4. Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Working experience in the entertainment industry and working overseas is a plus;

2. Good at globalized understanding, communication, coordination and pushing forward things, being result-oriented.
