As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing sales orders efficiently, from processing in our ERP system to ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Handling return orders and credit notes proficiently, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.
  • Providing proactive communication with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and manage claims professionally.
  • Serving as a point of contact for audit missions, offering product and technical advice as needed.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Processing sales orders accurately and prioritizing them based on customer needs.
  • Facilitating credit limit adjustments and updating customer master data as the need arises.
  • Coordinating return orders efficiently, maintaining appropriate virtual stock handling.
  • Supporting customers in adopting digital ordering tools and providing technical assistance as part of the order process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced Customer Service environment with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adhering to standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Possess sophisticated product knowledge and a curiosity about understanding intricate details.
  • Proficient in navigating ERP systems
  • Excel in using standard MS Office programs, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with CRM software, amplifying customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Meet or exceed national education standards, with excellent written and verbal English skills.
