Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills to join our team at Revere Health Imaging. As a receptionist for our department, you are expected to maintain professional working relationships and assist in accurately setting up and maintaining patient information. You should feel confident interacting with new people, answering and directing phone calls, and learning new computer programs. You may be asked to work in our American Fork, Provo, or Salem imaging offices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greeting patients with a friendly demeanor and assisting them through the check-in process.
• Learning and efficiently using various computer programs.
• Scheduling appointments for various imaging modalities and procedures.
• Verifying patient information and insurance coverage for accurate billing and record keeping.
• Collecting copayments for services performed.
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries from patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold professional standards.
• Collaborating with medical staff to coordinate patient care and address concerns and requests.
• Performing other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and other computer experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic medical terminology and experience with electronic health records systems is preferred.

Hours: Full Time 40 hours / week

• Monday-Friday
• Able to work in our Provo, American Fork, or Salem office locations.

Hours can be between:

• 7am - 8pm Monday - Thursday
• 7am - 5:30pm on Friday
