Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities: 

• Help to effectively to consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and

to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered.

• Ensure betting opportunities, released by Trading, are made available on the specific channels

and brands at the required moment in time.

• Ensure that all price changes and the delivery of events occur in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage life cycle of events ensuring customer journey is best in class.
• Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed

correctly, accurately and efficiently.

• Manage the reference data for Trading systems, updating and keeping logs accurate.
• Manage the content on the specific channels ensuring customers user experience is easy and

efficient.

• Complete daily checks
• Adhere to departmental SLAs
• Check the work of others to ensure that information is accurately inputted into all applications

before the events are displayed to minimise errors and any customer impact.

• Recommend new technical enhancements to ensure we keep up with key competition
• Raising of issues to relevant support teams
• System testing

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

• Strong communication skills
• Effective long and short term planning skills
• Interest in Sports especially US Sports & Soccer
