As a Senior Manager Workplace Culture Products in the People & Organization, People Products Team, where you act as the product owner in developing products and solutions that nudge for a culture of performance, collaboration, and belonging. You will also help with inclusive design policies and practices to enable us to meet our talent and leadership commitments in the do.BETTER Diversity and Inclusion. This role reports to the Head of Workplace Culture, D&I, and Inclusion and works across all broad levels of stakeholders.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • You lead in problem-solving insights by connecting various feedback and people data to identify gaps and create recommendations on solutions to improve our employee life cycle journeys
  • You will design execution strategic frameworks that ensure yearly goals/priorities are met sustainably
  • You will actively manage the product portfolio for culture and inclusion to embed new practices and improve current policies.
  • You will conceptually design products using knowledge of design thinking and product management methodology
  • You will shape Playbooks, and guardrail activation, advise stakeholders, and take an end-to-end ownership for change-enabling measures
  • You will conduct benchmarking, and monitor industry trends to support the product development process
  • You will work closely with People & Organization teams on talent growth, development, learning and development, analytics, and talent acquisition policies to identify opportunities to integrate/upgrade practices that enable inclusion
  • You lead multiple culture projects in ways of working, EVP, engagement, and in the diversity and inclusion space

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in problem-solving, and solution design using business acumen. You have a good understanding of P&O policies and practices and think strategically
  • You bring experience leading product management, advising, and working with senior stakeholders and can thrive in ambiguity to design clear solutions
  • You bring expertise in designing for inclusion with design-thinking skills, facilitation, and content creation
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills especially written skills that allow you to work collaboratively across diverse teams and align on goals
  • You have an openness to feedback, demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities, and have a willingness to incorporate the ideas of others
  • You are a team player who enjoys sharing, mentoring/coaching team colleagues.
  • Fluent in oral/written English, German knowledge can be helpful
