To become the starting point of fashion, we need to invest in propositions that need distinct customer experiences like Beauty, Designer fashion and Pre-owned fashion. The Emerging Propositions CX department is responsible for all customer-facing experiences of these high potential propositions.

As an Engineer Manager in Emerging Propositions CX, you will be leading a team of 6 to 8 full stack engineers responsible for creating tailored experiences for distinct needs of Emerging Propositions customers. You will be responsible for operational excellence and extension of some of the local premises needed in emerging propositions. Together with Principal Engineers you will be partnering with the platform teams in the areas of the domains of your team to build a long term relationship. You reduce ambiguity for your team members by providing direction and context.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, actively engaging with them to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
  • Project Management: You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within the scope of your team. This includes setting project goals, defining project scope, allocating resources, and managing timelines to ensure successful project completion.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have strong production experience and knowledge in one of our main programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Go), Kubernetes, AWS, API design, and event systems.
  • You have a proven track record of several years running senior engineering teams and structure them to work efficiently
  • You are passionate about people’s career growth and you are a great listener and coach. You know how to shape high quality conversations in 1on1s
  • You are passionate about innovations and experimentation, have sense of ownership and willingness to share knowledge within and outside the immediate team
  • You are an analytical thinker with strong communication skills in English
  • You have practiced operational excellence best practices
  • You are experienced in project management and delivering software projects on time and within budget
