Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone screens for various roles within the organization, offering comprehensive information about the company, its products, and the entire recruitment process to candidates.
  • Evaluate resumes to determine candidate suitability for both the role and company culture.
  • Maintain prompt communication throughout the recruitment journey, from initial phone screen to final interview.
  • Assist Senior TA Specialists in sourcing candidates through our ATS and leveraging LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews with hiring teams located across different global regions.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key, being prepared for sudden changes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working across different time zones, embracing the dynamic nature of a global organization.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to chat to candidates like a pro. 
  • A friendly, approachable attitude that puts people at ease. 
  • Previous experience helping folks out over the phone or in a customer service role is a plus. 
  • Organized and efficient in managing tasks and schedules, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Flexible with your schedule and comfortable with working across different time zones. 
  • Ready to jump in, be yourself, and make a real difference.
