We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time - Filing Clerk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate filing of paper and digital documents, and heavy filing of all documents with accurate quality control. The ideal candidate should be an intelligent, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment working alone.

Flexible hours between 7AM to 5PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain physical files for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Ensure all files are easily accessible for audits and reference.
  • Catch up and correct previous issues

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an filing Clerk or in a similar role. (3 years preferred)
  • Thrives in backroom filing cabinets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Above and Beyond:

  • Excel proficiency and advanced understanding of AR/AP.
  • Understanding of freight and invoices.
