Salary: $21-$24 DOE
One of the largest global networks of manufacturers in Architectural Products is looking to add a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Must have 1-2 years relevant customer service experience
Pay/Shift:
- Monday - Friday: 8a - 5p
- Starting at $21/hour
Job Duties:
- Provide support to dealers via phone and email
- Enter customer orders and follow through with fulfillment, communicate expected delivery date and explain stock-outs
- Work closely with production team on ETA's on out-of-stock items
- Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and keep customer informed of schedules
- Help customers, provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Multi-line phone system
- Perfect attendance is a must for candidates. Punctual and reliable
- Sit, stand, and or walk for up to 6-8 hours per day
- Exceptional typing skills – 40 + WPM
