Your tasks and responsibilities:

Mission/ Position Headline:

Influence regional sales to achieve D&A OI/TO performance. 

Set up, develop and implement product strategy for the business in regions. 

Possess good working knowledge of products and target digital innovative solutions for hospitals. 

Areas of Responsibilities: 

  • Drive healthy growth of D&A business in designated regions with innovative business solutions for attractive opportunities 
  • Set up, develop and implement product strategy in region, and possess good working knowledge of products and target suitable solutions for hospitals 
  • Influence regional sales to achieve D&A OI/TO performance requirements and report to PSM 
  • Technical and sales support on products for the projects (bidding, customer visits, putting together specification of product) 
  • Continuous drive customer engagement, esp. the VIP luminary in region, and support to retain and develop customers for customer success 
  • Create customer value thru leveraging internal resource product managers, project managers, research managers. 
  • Regularly complete regional product promotion activities, D&A new strategy promotion, new product release, and internal publicity work in the region with RD/RM and sales team, Ensure quarterly updates for all provinces in the responsible area 
  • Update and complete all sales paper work on time 
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Dimension of Function/Volume: TO and OI in the responsible regions;

Contacts (internal/external): Sales Team, Product Team, Marketing Team, CS team, Customer, Business Partner

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 7 year working experiences in clinical or engineering industry sales/marketing, working in a multinational company is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales/marketing or project management of managing commercial sales projects especially with hospitals
  • Bachelor degree with majored in medical or bio-engineer
