Aprisa is Siemens EDA’s leading digital design implementation tool. The Aprisa system is tailored for designs at advanced process nodes. Aprisa’s unique detailed-route-centric P&R technology helps IC designers achieve faster time to design closure with better quality-of-results. The Aprisa product line is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager who has the skills and desire to lead the technical marketing effort of the Aprisa digital implementation system. This person will be responsible for promoting product awareness and branding, organizing and executing technical marketing initiatives, and communicating product marketing messages and strategies with internal and external target audience. The role requires effective and innovative program management experiences, a core engineering background focused on place-and-route or digital IC design, excellent analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills. This person will work with product management, product engineering, and corporate marketing to define technical marketing strategies and initiatives for the product line. This person will interact and collaborate with cross-product divisions, sales and AE organization, corporate and regional marketing to implement and execute technical marketing plan and initiatives. 

Job Qualifications:

  • BS/MS CS/EE or equivalent.
  • Technical marketing manager with ability to define and execute technical marketing strategy/initiatives in the area of digital implementation and place and route technology.
  • 5 or more years of EDA technical marketing, product marketing, or application engineering roles.
  • Experience in organizing physical and/or virtual promotional events through various marketing venues. 
  • Expertise in digital media communication.
  • Some background in digital place and route methodology, digital integrated circuit design flow, IC and EDA industry trends, as well as advanced process technology and foundry ecosystems. 
  • Excellent program management skills, including innovative strategic planning, precise tasks breakdown and delegation, superior verbal and written communication, proactive and timely coordination, and effective and efficient execution.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
