We are seeking a Software Licensing Specialist to join our Trimble Information Systems team in Brasov, Romania.

What You Will Do 

• Software licensing administration;
• Software procurement and contract process management;
• Establish and maintain Customer / Vendor relationships;
• Analyze and consolidate multiple data sets;
• Analyze license usage patterns and software asset deployment;
• Conduct internal reviews of business units to be sure they are audit-ready;
• Research new license types and models usage scenarios that could affect the organization;
• Manage BU partner relationships where they touch on licensing; e.g. MS Partner Network relationships.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 3+ years of related work experience;
• Conceptual knowledge of software licensing models;
• Working knowledge of asset management principles and concepts applicable to software asset administration;
• Experience in and extensive knowledge of the software procurement and delivery process;
• Experience interpreting EULAs and licensing terms and conditions;
• Experience in managing Customer and/or Vendor relationships;
• Good organizing and prioritizing skills and an ability to manage small projects efficiently and to completion;
• Excellent collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Problem solving ability;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Eligible to work in the EU.

As a plus we consider your experience with 

• Microsoft Licensing: EA, SCE, MPSE, and SPLA;
• Asset Management and Discovery Tools.
