Your Role

An RPA Developer is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and creating efficient robotic workflows to streamline operations and minimize manual intervention. Monitoring and maintaining robots to ensure the quality and performance of those already in operation. Senior RPA Developer is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of complex automation projects, providing strategic directions and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers. Driving innovation in RPA solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of complex automation solutions, leveraging advanced RPA capabilities and integrations.
  • Mentor mid-level and junior developers and provide thought leadership in RPA technologies, driving innovation and excellence across automation initiatives.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the team manager.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand existing business processes, identify opportunities for automation, clarify requirements and exceptions.
  • Develop reusable components, scripts and frameworks that drive efficiency for future projects.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolution of bugs. Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize robot uptime and utilization.
  • Collaborate with other RPA teams in the organization.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 5 + years of expertise in RPA tools and technologies (UiPath), with a deep understanding of their capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to RPA development
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, guiding mid-level and junior team members and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex automation projects.
  • Innovative mindset, continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills: capacity to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, fostering collaboration, understanding, and alignment among stakeholders and team members.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the English language
  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate macros (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (ETF, PMF or similar)
