Job Description

The Controller is responsible for: Israel Affiliate - temp. position ( 9 mon')

Establish and maintain internal processes; procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of financial assets and accuracy of financial reporting to comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality & business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives of the affiliate. In addition, the Controller is responsible to manage, develop and motivate the affiliate’s accounting PTP team

Review and approval of monthly tax submissions (VAT, WTH, Social insurance)

Quarterly close (sales check and expenses (POs, payroll, outstanding accruals), 2024 Year end: Organization (Closing, Flash, etc), update landing based on SAP and open PO, Update expenses status on a weekly basis to the AMT (especially FD & GM)

Work closely with FSS (finance shared services) to ensure timely submission of the statutory report, DSO update and DSO plan, Entity plan and any other issue that might be raised. 

Coordination of Tax audits.

Involvement in PLN25 affiliate submission

Qualifications

  • CPA license in Israel
  • BA Degree in accounting, preferably in finance as well.
  • Strong computer skills- SAP & Excel- Must 
  • High level of accuracy
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Professional experience min. 2-3 years on the chief accountant role or independent position in Finance & Accounting area.
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
