• Report all problems pertaining to guest’s satisfaction with the reservation and seating procedure received immediately to Restaurant Manager
• Check the restaurant service area and the Menu before service begin
• Maintain all table allocation
• Follow all procedure and reservation system
• Proper in greet the customer in friendly manner using the Restaurant Style
• Acknowledge repeating guest & greet them by name
• Make the reservation
• Taking care of the guest’s inquiries
• Escort guest to table and help them to sit by pulling out the chair (lady first)
• Know seating pattern to prevent overcrowd and obtain by using seating flow plan
