Your tasks:
- Maintain close communication with interface departments besides R&D (Quality, Industrial Engineering, Controlling and Production)
- Technical Product Owner for R&D key projects
- Determine, execute and introduce improved and new technologies
- Manage internal R&D personnel and department based on current R&D needs
- Establish department goals and priorities by collaborating with the R&D departments in Germany and Hungary
- Transfer new technologies and manufacturing processes
- Research and evaluation of new materials, processes and equipments
- Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and development
- Participate at exhibitions and technical platforms to catch topics of interests
- Evaluate project and product risks
- Recognize and respect relevant EU directives related to our industry (e.g. machinery directive)
- Improve internal workflows and Change Management in collaboration with global R&D
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- In-depth knowledge of R&D processes and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
