Job Description

Work with senior client management to effectively analyze, liaise, and address key opportunities for clients to increase profitability and grow their market share. Serve as a primary client liaison to efficiently facilitate the relationship throughout the tenure of the contracted period. Leverage market expertise and competitive intelligence to provide guidance to help deliver superior performance in terms of marketing ROI. Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, demonstrating a consistent commitment to customer service. Drive consensus and gain approval from key decision makers across senior client management; demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills to move projects forward in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Analyze, identify, and recommend growth opportunities leveraging data-driven insights. Properly execute all data-related processing steps for client campaigns and data analytics. Develop and train client teams on multi-channel growth strategies. Conduct deep dive competitive analyses of retail banking products to better inform growth and engagement strategies. Assure quality and accuracy of all deliverables with internal and external stakeholders. Create and deliver high quality presentations demonstrating a consistent commitment to excellence.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Psychobiology or Business Management or a closely related; the qualified candidate must have at least 3 years (36 months) of experience with all the following: (a) analyzing large datasets to optimize campaign efficacy; (b) designing quantitative analyses for marketing and strategy; (c) developing analytic frameworks for clients; (d) managing all data elements of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including targeting analytics, list processing, and modeling; (e) independently explore new approaches to analyze and present data; (f) creating and refining statistical models used in multi-channel direct marketing; (g) mining large structured and semi-structured datasets to directly advise marketing leadership on customer retention and growth strategies; (h) using data to produce analytics / insights; and (i) Python coding. All experience may be gained concurrently.

Target Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $108,306.00 - $156,559.91
