As Lead- Support Delivery, you will be responsible for coordinating the CX projects within DME CX India organization. You will work with Managers and leads across the organization to streamline and report progress on projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to scope.

What you will do

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing platform capabilities for tracking and reporting of projects.
  • Communicate timely project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders regularly.
  • Lead cross-functional activities and teams, ensuring completion of high-quality projects on time.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations to ensure alignment with project objectives.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS presentation & project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience is desirable)
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis role involving responsibility of querying/extracting/collating and generating reports.
  • Very strong analysis skills - ability to start from unclear problem, identify and access relevant data sources, breakdown or combine data to make detailed analysis and generate reports.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, and exposure to reporting/visualization tools like Tableau, Microsoft BI Platform
  • Hands on experience on Hadoop/Hive, Power Query, VBA and database structure (DB, tables etc) is desirable.
