About the location:

What you will do

  • Plan and implement a treatment and retail training plan, including for therapists and receptionists.
  • Greet VIP guests and ensure smooth service.
  • Cater to VIP guests and media and cover the receptionist's role when it is required.
  • Following up facility issues to be sorted with engineering.
  • Helping receptionist's tasks such as taking care of spa bookings, billing, issuing gift certificate and operational following up.
  • Work with therapist team to put together a regular training program schedule
  • Assist the Director of Spa in creating menu, pricing, retail selection
  • Manage staff schedule to make sure operation works well.
  • Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting in accordance to the hotel cashiering procedure.
  • Provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel. · Utilize each of the retail products safety and accurately.
  • Train the reception team to customize and personalize the Spa journey.
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • Handle and prioritize daily logistics to aid daily operations.
  • To provide a friendly and professional service that exceeds guests’ expectations.
  • To comply with the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and Procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed.
  • To comply with local legislation as required. · To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
  • To attend training and meetings as and when required.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Spa/hotel leadership team.

What you bring

EDUCATION: College Education or equivalent. Diploma or Certification in spa, wellness, Holistic modalities preferred.

EXPERIENCE: More than 3 years’ experience in Luxury spas.
