About the role

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel's restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. Supervise the activities of the Communications staff. Answers and directs phone calls, take reservations inquiries, in-room dining order taking, HotSoS requests, email and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies

What you will do

  • Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. · Ensure all local and corporate policies, works rules and benchmark standard are properly.
  • Utilize Golden appropriately for a maximum guest recognition/satisfaction
  • Developing guest connection and gain feedback from the guest regarding their overall stay or specific issue in particular then actively seeking solution to resolve the problem · Interviews, trains and schedules the PBX staff. Supervises day-to-day performance of the operators. Conducts performance reviews. Disciplines staff as needed.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with high-speed Internet service, telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
  • Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. property management, paging and radio systems), high-speed Internet system and facsimile machines.
  • Familiar to security Issues (Fire Alarm Procedures, Calling the house doctor, Bomb threats,

Guest/Staff confidentiality

  • Ability to understand and have full knowledge of Hotel Information (Hotel information, Four Seasons information. Etc)
  • Monitors and responds to hotel fire control panel and emergency and safety situations in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Proficient in Four Seasons Chat platform · Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of Reservationists and In Room Dining – Order Taking.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Manager of Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef.

What you bring

EDUCATION: College Education or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Core, reservation, or F&B

Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software, Opera, Food & Beverage computer system and other technology required base on Four Seasons requirement such as HotSOS, GRMS, Mobile App, Messenger etc.

  • Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
