You have a breadth of understanding of how payroll partners with Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR and Operations/Customer Service, including how shared services provides value within the context of the broader business enterprise at a large public company with at least 5,000 U.S. employees. Working knowledge on automating payroll process through Robotics. Active engagement in Team sport, Community service, Extracurricular activities during professional service period will help align culturally. You have managed an in-house team when utilizing ADP’s payroll services. You are orientated to provided strong customer service and have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical or financial information to a non-technical audience

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $82,000 - $196,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
