In this role you will have the unique opportunity to develop, build and manage a client conversion rate strategy for a brand that receives over 1 million unique visitors a month. This is a rare opportunity to come in at the ground floor of a mature organization, and really transform how we engage with our clients. 

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 DOE + Benefits

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization position is a hands-on role focused on leveraging user research, on-site analytics, and other forms of data to increase conversion rates across lead based marketing initiatives, and drive revenue for the business
  • Role is primarily responsible for the optimization of existing marketing funnels, as well as for the creation of new methods to drive lead conversion e.g. quizzes, top of funnel content, and other conversion tools
  • The role will collaborate directly with Web Engineering, Insights and the Creative teams, to hit conversion rate goals 
  • The role will define the testing criteria for A/B, multivariate, and split url campaigns, as well as manage the testing sprint schedule
  • Role will have access to in house resources, as well as external support teams to generate design recommendations, content, and other conversion lift tactics

Requirements

  • 5 years of conversion rate experience in a highly analytical, digital driven environment
  • 5 years of Web analytics and online testing applications such as Google Analytics & Tag Manager, VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Crazyegg, Google Optimize 360, Unbounce, Leadpages, etc.
  • 5 years experience with user feedback tools such as UserTesting, Mouseflow, etc 
  • 5 years experience with testing and optimizing responsive design for mobile content, landing pages, and other interactive designs
  • Proven ability to come up with creative and effective testing approaches for various platforms and products
  • Deep understanding of SEO, web engineering, tag management, and paid advertising
  • 1-3 years of strong project management skills
