About this opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of a unit that deals with CSS (Cloud Software and Services) Pre-Sales, Project Delivery and Customer Support business at some of our key customers in Eurasia!
In this specific role, your leadership and expertise are vital to the success of your unit, orchestrating the seamless execution of presales engagements, projects, and support contracts, ensuring outstanding results for our clients as well as line managing a team of highly skilled Program Directors, Customer Project Managers, Solution Architects, Integration Engineers, Service Delivery Managers and Support Engineers based in Sweden and Denmark.
Your team will also support Key Account Managers and Client Sales Leads in financial planning and forecasting and in generating new Leads and securing robust sales pipeline while delivering on existing contractual obligations.
In this role, you will report to Head of Customer Solution, Eurasia.
What you will do
- Ensure Pre-sales, service delivery and customer Support execution in accordance to relevant CSS processes and flows
- Work together with regional Service Delivery and Global Delivery units to execute on the contracts with required efficiency, quality and increased level of Automation and Industrialization improve services profitability and quality
- Build a productive and healthy work environment for individuals where we continuously develop our organization
- Drive and develop required competences in the organization to be on top of relevant changes related to complex security requirements and Cloud Native technology shift
- Nurture and grow talents in the organization to build a sustainable competitive advantage
- Be accountable and take the ownership over operational and financial KPIs of the unit
- Build a strong customer relationship, join customer governances and be their first Point of Contact for operational issues
You will bring
- Education: MSc or equivalent through experience
- Experience in the industry: min 10 years of which min 3 years with Leadership roles
- Portfolio experience: Cloud Software and Services. Particular focus on 5GC and BSS an advantage
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management
- Self-awareness, Mental Agility, Result Oriented
- Deep understanding of service delivery and project management processes and tools
- Supervising and responding to challenges in a fast paced environment
- Good financial acumen and skills
- Good communication skills.
