Our Production Supervisor will be working a third shift with limited required OT. The Production Supervisor will support our customers in maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing production processes, and promoting a safe work environment. Mon thru Fri.   • $42-$46 per hour to start - depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing processes.

Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet production targets and customer demands.

Train, mentor, and coach production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues and optimize processes.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and employee attendance.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years manufacturing experience, 1+ year supervisory
