Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an individual to join our Client Services Team in our Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO office. You would be joining a group of highly skilled individuals with various levels of experience and diverse backgrounds. We pride ourselves on solid customer relationships, accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility. In this role, you will provide service and support to our Bank/Trust clients and Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Record Keeper clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service both on the phone and through email, building trust and strengthening relationships. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to inquiries surrounding trading, payments and distributions, new accounts, dividends and income, as well as some business development.

This is a contract position expected to last approximately 12 months, with a possibility of going permanent. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain quality relationships with new and existing clients, over the phone and through emails
  • Work proactively and accurately within daily deadlines
  • Partner, research, and communicate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries
  • Host client relationship/service calls on an as needed basis
  • Assist with customer installations and conversions
  • Be curious! Ask questions to better understand client needs; provide education to clients on new products and services or ones not yet utilized that could be beneficial to their business
  • Monitor daily trading activity and communicate to clients as needed
  • Anticipate, research, and resolve issues concerning trading, disbursements, income, new accounts, and fund transfers
  • Review overdraft reports and submit customer instructions to the Trust Company 
  • Become well versed on internal processes, products, and services offered while speaking confidently, proficiently, and answering questions from clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain a positive relationships with clients
  • Strong self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, both verbal and written

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
