As the Senior Partner, Organizational Development you will lead and oversee comprehensive programs and initiatives that align with our HR strategic vision and Delta Faucet Company’s People strategy. Reporting to the Director, Talent Strategies, the role will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced program management strategies for organization-wide change management, organizational structure and design and interventions that drive team effectiveness. You will employ sophisticated project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement practices, and communication techniques to meet and exceed objectives. Your responsibility includes initiating and driving project planning, program management, and execution, while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence across all initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Organizational structure & design: conducts organizational assessments & diagnostics, using defined methodologies, to identify critical issues and root causes and implementing appropriate solutions to improve organization structure and effectiveness
  • Change management: Uses project management methodologies to assist in the design and deployment of proven organization change management principles and methodology to support large scale organizational change initiatives
  • Team effectiveness: Identify, recommend and execute solutions to enhance team cohesion and effectiveness, collaborating with the HR team and business stakeholders
  • Team effectiveness: facilitate team effectiveness workshops and interventions
  • Talent management support: As key member of Delta Talent Strategies team, provide perspective and co-develop processes and programs in support of the talent life-cycle
  • Talent management support: Partner with key stakeholders to support talent review and succession planning efforts, driving the process holistically
  • Program management: lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects and programs from inception to completion, employing advanced project management techniques and tools. Oversee entire project lifecycles, providing guidance and mentorship to project teams
  • Data, insights & analytics: establish and monitor effectiveness measures for programs, analyzing and reporting on metrics
  • Data, insights & analytics: Support data-driven decision-making and integrate analytics into HR operational processes at a strategic level

Qualifications (Experience and Education)

  • Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business, Behavioral/Social Science or related field and minimum (10) ten years experience in organizational development, including but not limited to change management, organizational design, leadership development, cultural transformation, and/or performance improvement.
  • Proven experience managing change efforts using change management principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and programs, in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to build influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and capable of motivating and influencing others to achieve project goals.

Hiring Range: $114,800.00 - $180,400.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
