Channel Marketing Manager - 008VFT
- Develop and coordinate go-to-market (GTM) strategies for both diffused retail and eCommerce channel
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to optimize marketing resources
- Lead the new product launch and execute channel programs to ensure execution excellence, enhance brand exposure, increase customer engagement, and support sales growth
- Initiate, manage and deliver quality POSM and provide marketing support to channel team
- Develop new ideas to keep abreast with market trend as pioneer in the industry
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with business partners (distributors and resellers), end-users, and key audiences at all level
- Identify new business potentials and develop growth areas by preparing data analysis and conducting regular research study
- Prepare regular reports and presentations and support ad hoc project as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business/Marketing disciplines
- 5-10 years relevant experience in Trade/Channel Marketing
- Highly preferably with background in General/Trade Retail and distribution management
- Proven experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing is a must
- Previous role in FMCG industry and business development is an advantage
- Energetic, result-driven, and highly self-motivated with positive attitude & can-do energy
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills, Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders independently
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in SAP and MS applications
- Candidate who has less experience will be offered as Assistant Channel Marketing Manager
