The Pricing/Tender and Contracts Manager is responsible for the provision of Strategic Tender/Pricing and Contract Management to support our Tender excellence initially in DACH and BNL with scope and remit within other EU markets such as Italy, France and UKI. Working in conjunction with the Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Manager, GPO Ket Account Manager. You will be responsible for the assigned regional areas respecting deadlines, local market and national requirements ensuring compliance with high quality tender submissions and external environment/landscape knowledge. Leading a team based in regional office and remote, you will ensure best in class strategic and operational excellence.

Responsabilities

  • Strategic Partner in delivery of Tender, pricing and contracts service to Public and Private Health providers in a timely manner
  • Ensure management of submission of required Tenders in line with requests as agreed with the sales team, the National Sales Manager, Key Account Manager to the agreed standard
  • Contract and Tender management of stakeholders, including, Procurement Hubs/GPOs/ Local DACH stakeholders as well as Private Hospital Groups at appropriate management level
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure robust Tender submission of high quality
  • Collaboration with Pricing, Tender and Contract Manager Italy and France
  • Ensure the DACH and BNL (scope for additional markets) Sales Leaders are fully informed on the conditions of business and market through a regular reporting system
  • Any other duties or projects as requested by the line Manager including special projects out of region or country 
  • Contract and Procurement Regulations Subject Matter Expert to ensure capture of all information correctly and compliantly
  • Lead on best in class qualitative submissions
  • Management and coaching of a team in relation to contracts, pricing and tender management
  • Drive collaboration to deliver Tender excellence and manage improvement projects cross functionally
  • Developing a culture in line with Integra values and behaviours
  • CPQ/Model N/Oracle lead to ensure capture of all information correctly and compliantly
  • Lead on contract performance and analytics and contractual performance and obligations.
  • Serving DACH GPO’s best in class customer journey

Background/Requirements

Languages: 

  • Fluency in German and English (verbal and written). 
  • Any other European language would be an asset – French preferably

Experience: 

  • Proven experience working within commercial functions, ideally Tender Management, GPO Management, commercial services, or Public Procurement
  • Proven experience working within the medical devices environment
  • Ability to demonstrate use of persuasion/influencing tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Thorough understanding of the EU Procurement Regulations and relevant updates. Through understanding of the German, Swiss, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg Healthcare Market, and country specific procurement regulations
  • Commercial awareness of the healthcare industry; knowledge and understanding of products, services and marketplace 
  • Proven experience in development and implementation Tender and GPO strategies
  • Proven experience in developing and establishing successful key relationships and delivering excellent standards of customer service
  • Proven project management skills which demonstrate flexibility/an ability to adjust to changing customer needs
  • Strategic Leadership skills
  • Tactical and Operational leadership skills
  • CPQ/Model N/Oracle systems expert with high analytical skills
