Express Employment Professionals is seeking Dietary Aides in Palm Beach County.

• Bonus: Shift differential pay for working weekends may be available
• Locations: Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach
• Shifts: 6 AM to 2:30 PM and 10:30 AM to 7 PM

Position Overview:

We’re seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to support residents’ dining experience. You’ll assist with meal prep, beverage service, dishwashing, and meal service, ensuring excellent customer service. While prior experience is a plus, we provide thorough training to the right candidates. Join us in enhancing residents’ well-being through outstanding dining support. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary needs.
• Serve beverages, accommodating preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area.
• Assist during meal service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other teams.
• Adapt to changing menus and schedules.
• Attend training sessions for skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience in a relevant field is a plus
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Positive attitude in fast-paced settings
• Basic knowledge of food safety
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Dedication to exceptional customer service
