Technical Support (m/f/d) Customer Claim Handling

Your tasks:

  • Error analysis together with customer and developing solutions 
  • Technical support for our customers
  • Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
  • Customer-orientated processing and proper documentation of claims 
  • The training (3 - 6 weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany) 

Your skills:

  • Technical apprenticeship in the field of refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication)
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Good knowlege of MS Office and ERP
  • Fluent English knowledge, German basic would be a plus
