Business Operations Specialist

AppsFlyer is looking for a Business Operations Specialist who will be part of the Business Operations team in one of the fastest-growing companies in Israel. This position will drive product strategy, including innovation and research of new products, and competitive analysis to ensure AppsFlyer position as a global leader. 

The role will include comprehensive product and market analysis that results in outside-of-the-box recommendations while collaborating with the product development team. Key requirements include conducting market research, preparing detailed reports to all stakeholders, synthesizing complex data into actionable goals, providing productive ideas, monitoring product performance across markets and making sure products meet or exceed sales and performance projections.

What you'll do:

  • Track progress against annual business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support all aspects of Business Product projects
  • Partner effectively across departments, including Product, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to manage and execute strategic projects
  • Implement best practices in business operations, streamlining processes and driving efficiency across the organization

What you have:

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business operations 
  • Ability to digest large volumes of information and synthesize key takeaways
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and understanding of strategic frameworks & concepts
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously to structure & solve strategic problems
  • Interest in and ability to understand the mobile ad-tech industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
