JR52269 Senior Automation Engineer - SDLC

  • The ability to work in several areas of software development and Operational Support as part of a team or independently.
  • The ability to work in a multifaceted, fast-paced work environment with user facing scopes and timelines.
  • The ability to manage numerous projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, Excellent standout colleague, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a Manufacturing environment (Example: Semiconductor Clean room) for specified period to support Machine related software check out, System Integration Testing, etc.
  • Good flair for software programming, concepts of Software Engineering and basic Project Management.
  • Developing applications to support manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and engineering analysis.
  • Windows's programming in C#
  • Good understanding and some level of exposure in any Programming language.
  • Understanding of middleware and messaging concepts
  • Understanding of Machine Communication protocols such as SECS/GEM
  • Source code management standard methodologies
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
  • Experience in Manufacturing IT environment.
  • Good Problem-solving and Critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering OR Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering with some background knowledge and Passion for Software development or related field of study with 6-9 years of prior working experiences.
  • Candidate with more experience will also be considered.
