The Oracle HCM Technical Consultant is responsible for the technical aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM, including customization, integration, and technical support. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, programming, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customize and extend Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
2. Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems and manage APIs.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
4. Handle data migration and system upgrades.
5. Monitor and optimize system performance.
6. Implement and audit technical security measures.
7. Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within Oracle Fusion HCM.
3. Expertise in the technical aspects of Core HR modules, including data migration and system integration.
4. Technical skills in setting up, customizing, and maintaining the Absence Management and Time and Labor modules.
5. Experience in developing custom reports and integrating reporting tools within Oracle HCM.
6. Experience with Oracle HCM cloud technology, SQL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
7. Proven track record in system integrations and data migrations.

Desired Skills:

1. Strong programming skills, especially in SQL and Java.
2. Knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture and cloud technologies.
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
4. Ability to perform system maintenance and health checks.
5. Familiarity with data protection and compliance standards.
6. Effective communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
7. Strong technical understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor modules.
8. Advanced skills in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and analytics platforms integrated with Oracle HCM.
