As a Senior FP&A you will be working closely with both global and local management and teams, transforming the business plans into financial impacts and insights.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Budget management and planning. Articulating financial goals and developing strategic financial plans, through collaboration with different departments within the company.

Cost-accounting analysis of the Company's products. Analyze and control costs throughout the production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize the company's cost structure.

Preparing forecasts. This includes evaluating the financial performance of the company, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending appropriate courses of action.

Preparing monthly reports. Interpret and analyze financial data in order to provide meaningful insights to the management team in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

BA in Economics– a must. Master's degree – an advantage.

Experience of 5-8 years in budget preparation process, P&L analysis and controlling.

Ability to clearly communicate in English, both orally and written

Advanced Excel, ideally with some modelling expertise

Proficient in accounting basics – for Opex and Capex management

Experience in global manufacturing company – a strong advantage. Additional experience in high tech companies – an advantage.

Experience with SAP ERP – a strong advantage

Service oriented - interact at all levels of the company and communicating financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

Projects leading and analytical capabilities.

Capacity to resist pressure and work under tight timelines.
