Junior Programmatic Growth Operations Manager

The Programmatic Operations Manager will be the ambassador of Outbrain’s Extended Network for supply partners and will be working with account managers, sales, product, and operations teams globally to maintain and increase revenue growth. The ultimate responsibility is to maximize the full potential by using data, creating new practices and well known ones in order to optimize the partner’s performance.

A day in the life

  • Scale programmatic supply partners post-integration by supporting all delivery processes from the partnership perspective. 
  • Act as the “Programmatic Ambassador” for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of programmatic trading technologies and the RTB bid stream.
  • Support global business teams to improve and increase activity around Programmatic buying of Outbrain inventory.
  • Provide performance insights and identify trends through deep analysis, utilizing BI, and a variety of tech tools, and platforms. 
  • Take ownership of the Programmatic Revenue and growth targets while seeking new opportunities to increase programmatic activity.
  • Be a contributor, from a business and product perspective to the ongoing process of solidifying the technical flow and business aspects.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in Ad-tech/Mar-tech
  • Ability to be a project owner, working simultaneously on multiple projects and delivering results while maintaining routine tasks.
  • An analytical person who enjoys working with large sets of data, including solid usage of SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and other BI Platforms (ex. Looker Studio…).
  • Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).

Advantage but not a must

  • Experience supporting or working directly with brands and agency clients
  • Experience with Programmatic Technologies in place, such as RTB, DSPs, SSPs
  • Experience in client/partner-facing roles from global ad-tech companies
  • Ability to combine highly technical skills with relationship-building skills to be able to provide both analysis and business insights.
  • A natural team player who has an inclusive approach but also the ability to make key decisions based on experience.
