Overview

Be a part of the SelectHealth End the HIV Epidemic project and provide program andministration and team support to our health equity projects. Interns will join key meetings, track case conference schedules, and head into the field to witness our outreach program first hand. Gain experience in developing conference pressentations.

  • To foster growth and learning, students attend presentations and workshops with VNS Health leaders and networking sessions.
  • To showcase the knowledge and experience gained during the summer program, students will work independently or in cross-functional teams to deliver a creative and strategic business solution to VNS leaders
  • The Summer Internship Program is hybrid, requiring students to spend time on site in NYC. It will begin on June 3rd and conclude the week of August 12th. Students can expect to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Undergraduate student interns are paid a starting rate of $20 per hour. Graduate students are paid a starting rate of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate sudent pursuing public health, humanatarian studies, nrusing, medicine, healthcare management, or related.
  • Adept in Microsoft programs - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
