Typing preferred. Clear speaking voice, excellent communication skills and numerical filing skills
Physical Demands: Climbing stairs as well as bending, stooping, pulling, pushing are a part of the physical requirements. Ability to remain calm, professional, and productive under occasional stressful situations. Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment

Analysis Clerk - Medical Records Analyze all inpatient charts and outpatient charts within three days of discharge or date of service. Check all charts for accurate filing and accurate name. CCSG Folder Quality Assurance of scanned records. Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making abilities and utilizes time appropriately. Complete other duties in the department as assigned by director.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED certificate. Technical training and medical terminology preferred
Working knowledge of procedures and basic office equipment including computers
