Job Title: Production Worker

Training Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Post Training Shift: 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Location: Tempe Milk Production Facility – 1115 Alameda Dr, Tempe AZ 85282
We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team at the Milk Plant. The ideal candidate will have experience with blow molding and a strong background in food production. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for contributing to the efficient operation of our production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery in the milk production facility.
- Ensure the efficient and hygienic processing of milk products.
- Perform quality control checks to maintain product standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in milk production or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation.
- Open and flexible schedule availability.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with milk processing machinery.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in food production.
- Ability to operate palletizers and blow mold equipment is a plus.
