We’re hiring a stellar Media Planner to join our team and geek out over data analysis with us and our clients. A Media Planner is an integral member of our media team, leading the planning, buying, optimizing, and reporting of a specific list of clients. This role understands the digital media landscape, specifically when it comes to planning, buying, and reporting on self-service platforms like Meta and Google.They are proven experts in all stages of the media process across Paid Search, Programmatic and Paid Social. The Media Planner must be genuinely passionate about media and able to drive results for their clients.

THE TASK AT HAND

  • Develop media plans based on defined campaign objectives and business goals.
  • Identify and create targetable audiences in the platform.
  • Create campaign architecture and traffic campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Reddit, The Trade Desk, and Google Ads.
  • Manage media flowcharts during campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in the platform to ensure they are pacing accurately and performing against campaign KPIs.
  • Manage campaign, ad serving, creative, or operational troubleshooting.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insightful recommendations based on that data. 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Proven expertise in performance-based media platforms, i.e., Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, etc.
  • Strong, proven analytical skills with the ability to dig into the details and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Critical thinker and solution-oriented Highly proficient in Excel.
  • You know how to manipulate data and calculate metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar.
  • Local to the Greater-Minneapolis area and able and willing to be in office up to 3 days per week.
