Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director of Marketing - Clinical Services Relationship Lead.
NYU Langone Health (NYULH) is seeking a skilled and dynamic Director of Marketing Relationships for Transplant Institute, Surgery, Hassenfeld Children's Hospital, OBGYN, Urology, and Rheumatology service lines to join our Communications & Marketing (C&M) team. This high-visibility role will serve as the Primary Relationship Lead for the listed service lines, acting in the capacity of a trusted advisor that works with them to shape communications and marketing initiatives that advance their strategy, optimize NYULH marketing efforts, and drive growth.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Brand Experience, Creative, & Design, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing and managing our relationship with these department chairs through sharing the communications and marketing expertise needed to achieve strategic objectives and growth targets.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a 9+ years of experience in healthcare and/or hospital operations
3+ years of experience managing and leading teams
Experience partnering with physicians and/or leaders in academic medicine to define their communications and marketing strategy
Experience with account management and supporting the success of senior leadership
Established track record of working closely and effectively with executive leadership
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply and communicate data-driven insights
Extensive experience building and maintaining relationships
Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Demonstrated orientation towards client service
Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to influence, teach, inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively
Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with some or all of the following clinical services: Transplant Institute, Surgery, Hassenfeld Childrens Hospital, OBGYN, Urology, Rheumatology
Masters degree in communications or related field

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $146,384.38 - $194,021.10 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
