Casual Warehouse Assistant - Endeavour Delivery Melbourne

This is a casual position. The successful candidate will need to be availalbe to work 5 days a week between either 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm.

The role of a Warehouse Assistant is varied between two main areas Inbound & Outbound

What you'll do:

• Break down pallets daily
• Pick and Packing of orders
• Manual lifting and sorting of freight
• General warehouse duties as required
• Be available to work Monday to Friday, including Saturday as and when required

Inbound

• Recipting & Cataloguing stock
• Consolidation of stock
• Photography of product
• Cycle counting

Outbound

• Picking orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assembling and packaging stock appropriately for dispatch
• WAV Riders in accordance to Occupational Health and Safety requirements

Your background:

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Physically fit and able to conduct repetitive tasks, with lifting of freight up to 20kg
• Reliable and punctual
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a team environment
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• An LF forklift licence is advantageous for this role
• Able to provide a current Police check

We are looking for an all rounder and a team player with a friendly personality, who possesses a great work ethic.
