We are currently looking for a Junior Brand Manager Feminine Hygiene Romania & Bulgaria for our CG Region Central East business unit. The employment for this role will be done through an external agency.

About the Role 

As Junior Brand Manager Feminine Hygiene, you will be responsible for our brand Libresse in Romania and Bulgaria, for developing and implementing the local 360° marketing plans, in line with global strategies and marketing priorities, managing internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Marketing) as well as external ones (advertising & media agencies, local distributor).

The position reports to the Senior Brand Manager Intimate Hygiene South East Europe. 

What You Will Do 

  • Contribute to the implementation of the brand strategy for the Feminine Hygiene category within the Region South East Europe (for the assigned markets) to drive Libresse development, improving brand strength and market position in RO & BG
  • Support the execution of planned marketing activities: product launches, ATL, BTL including digital communication activities. 
  • Cooperate with and lead external agencies (Creative, Digital, Media) and continuously evaluate them. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Digital Brand team, Sales or Customer Service to ensure brand communication alignment and implement activations, maintain brand websites updated as well as other brand communication channels. 
  • Collect, analyse and prepare reports on market data, competitors activities, consumer trends. 
  • Maintain and up-date internal data bases/marketing presentations, changes in assortment (new/up-graded products, article codes, forecast) and disseminates relevant information in a timely manner to internal stakeholders
  • Track A&P spending (register invoices, check approved costs vs budget) and monitor results

Who You Are 

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar 
  • Min. 2 years of work experience in branded FMCG Marketing 
  • Experience in digital communication (owned, earned, paid) 
  • Experience in project management, driving initiatives via collaboration in a line and matrix organization. 
  • Organized, hands-on and customer-oriented way of working 
  • Good planning and problem-solving skills, agile mindset 
  • Attention to detail and capacity to handle many small projects in the same time 
  • Team player and communicator with good interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads is of advantage.
