Job Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of region profitable growth strategy for Site/Services Sales in conjunction with the RPLM’s
  • Provide inventory forecast service level information to stocking centers
  • Interface with customer, understand customer needs and provide customer-oriented solutions covering full lifecycle for Services on sites, with support for Products & Systems.
  • Drive proposal development and submission with relevant business line involvement
  • Negotiate customer contracts reflecting pricing guidelines to ensure profitability
  • Manage pricing agreements with regional key accounts in accordance with corporate policy
  • Maintain strong communication with Capital & PCV sales in the region to ensure alignment and coordination on site activities
  • Responsible for account receivables
  • Organise and deploy sales force to ensure ability to sell full life cycle offerings
  • Feed customer needs to BLs to guide product portfolio mgmt. and supply chain selection
  • Manage performance and development of site/services sales organization.
  • Create and maintain Site installation lists
  • Responsible for (BSO) bid sign off process compliance (as relevant) and CRM utilisation

What you bring

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Mining Sector.
  • Experience working and leading teams.
  • Knowledge of Mining Processes.
  • Knowledge of mining process machines.
  • Fluent Spanish and English
