Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Procurement and Contracting activities on behald of the client, aligned to contracting procurement management procedures.
• Administrative-procurement activities such duties comprehend project´s cost control, invoices payment monitoring and purchase requisitions control with procedures update. Moreover, interface with suppliers to request for proposals, equalizations of offers and emissions of purchase orders.

Routine details:

• Develop, tender and negotiate contracts in line with the Business Demand Demonstrate HSSE behaviors in dealings with colleagues/contractors.
• Strategically manage Tail-end Spend by working in close coordination with Business Partners and CP colleagues.
• Maximize value from Tactical and Operational contracts and localize Framework Agreements and Category contracts.
• Liaise with Regional Trading House Procurement Managers to optimize spend through Trading Houses.
• Ensure continuity of supply through managing ad-hoc business requirements in accordance with Tail-spend Management principles Accountabilities.
• Engage with colleagues and stakeholders and collaborate across Organizational boundaries to deliver substantial value by creating a deeper business partnership within the scope of the role focused to deliver maximum business value.
• Developing and executing fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend.
• Utilizing market knowledge and business drivers to develop and execute fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend.
• Providing a strong commercial influence with optimizing demand and specifications.
• Supporting Manage the Tail initiatives and rationalize the number of Contracts/Suppliers.
• Sharing best practices and external market dynamics to deliver value Implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives to streamline, simplify, standardize and improve performance – supporting Deepwater Delivery Team Lead as needed.

Qualifications

• Prove experience as a Buyer
• Proven work experience with sourcing process
• Proven work experience with procurement (tender evaluation)
• Knowledge in purchasing process
• Fluent English
• Preferable PJ (Pessoa Juridica)
