As a Growth Marketing Lead, Program Manager within Growth Marketing, you bring expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You know how to work in fast paced, ever changing environments and can react quickly to change. You are an excellent communicator and know the value of over-communicating when a project requires it.

Rivian is seeking a Program Manager specializing in Growth Marketing [email/SMS/push] who can expertly drive work, on time and to the quality that Rivian expects.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the team leads across Growth Marketing, manage multiple Growth Marketing projects simultaneously, including growth campaigns, and other marketing projects.
  • In producing email campaigns, collaborate with numerous stakeholders to establish workback schedules, timelines and the scheduling of initiative launches.
  • Assist the Growth team by managing project statuses in the Growth team’s project management tools.
  • Manage full end-to-end of project approvals, including copy review with Legal stakeholders and occasionally reviews with leadership.
  • Work closely with the leads on the Marketing team (Growth, Platforms + Product) to manage the Marketing Intake process and produce all growth campaigns that originate from that intake process.
  • As bandwidth allows, support all Program management needs of the Demand & Retention pillars.
  • Taking direction from the pillar leads within Growth Marketing, manage and prioritize the workload for the Growth team’s Design + Copy resources.
  • Act as the bridge between the Growth Marketing team, Editorial and business stakeholders, among others, to communicate scope, timing expectations, feasibility, and project status.
  • Assess and suggest improvements to flows of communication and Program Management tools.
  • Taking direction from the pillar leads, develop documentation to define and maintain Rivian’s Growth Marketing editorial tone of voice.
  • Taking direction from leads on the Marketing team (Growth, Platforms + Product), develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and communications across vertical programs spanning across multiple channels and marketing functions.
  • Be a team player. Over communicate when needed.

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally within a Growth Marketing team, working closely with creatives (i.e., copywriters, designers, strategists), product managers and other stakeholders.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and project management expertise, especially within email marketing, SMS and InApp messaging.
  • Proven experience managing programs and/or multiple, fast-moving projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing programs and operations for email and other marketing initiatives.
  • High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a willingness to pivot as needed.
  • Ability to work as well independently as within a team.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Asana, Slack

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $125,000 - $156,000/yr (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
