JOB SUMMARY
The UConn Library seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Administrative Services reporting to the Assistant Dean for Library Administration. The Head of Administrative Services supervises one full-time employee and is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and human resources functions for the UConn Library.
The successful candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills and actively demonstrate effective leadership, professional judgment, interpersonal skills, and decision-making practices. Along with all UConn Library personnel, the Head of Administrative Services will clearly demonstrate the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and justice.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based on the UConn Storrs campus.
