Dorsia is seeking a dynamic and analytical Summer Associate Intern to join our Growth Marketing team in New York City. This role is ideal for an undergraduate student who possesses a blend of analytical acumen, creative thinking, and a keen eye for detail. 

In this role, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in the member selection process by analyzing and vetting incoming applications using a data-driven approach
  • Conduct thorough research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within membership
  • Support various projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation

What we’re looking for: 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • Previous internship and work experience, preferably in marketing, analytics, membership, hospitality, or a related area
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite 
  • Must be able to work onsite in our New York City office

Compensation & Location:

  • This is an hourly position located onsite in our NYC office. 
  • Hourly rate = $16/hour
