Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator at Keap you will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting our Salesforce instance to meet the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce to support business processes and user needs.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Design and implement user profiles, roles, and security settings.
  • Manage data quality and perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and provide solutions within Salesforce.
  • Assist with user training and onboarding to ensure efficient usage of Salesforce.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, business, or a related discipline is often preferred but not always required.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator) is highly recommended and is often a requirement for the role. It demonstrates your expertise in using the Salesforce platform.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce as an administrator, configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including creating and customizing objects, fields, workflows, and processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important as Salesforce Administrators often need to collaborate with various teams and end-users.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and provide solutions to users' problems.
  • Understanding of data management best practices, data cleansing, data migration, and data security within Salesforce.
  • An understanding of the business processes and needs of the organization, as Salesforce Administrators play a crucial role in aligning Salesforce with business goals.
  • The ability to adapt to new Salesforce features and updates as the platform evolves.
  • Some knowledge of project management principles can be beneficial for handling Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Collaboration and teamwork are essential, as administrators often work with other Salesforce professionals, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • A commitment to staying updated on the latest Salesforce trends and best practices, often through ongoing training and certifications.
